Common questions

I clicked “Forgot password” and the link didn’t work +

Request a new reset email and try again. If it still fails, email support with your device + email provider.

My email confirmation link opened a page — what now? +

After confirming, return to the Clutch app and sign in. If the app is already installed, you can just open it normally.

I changed my email — do I need to confirm it? +

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email for the new address. Confirm it, then sign in again if needed.

I’m not receiving emails +

Check spam/junk and search your inbox for “Clutch”. If you still don’t see it, email support and tell us the email domain (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

How do I delete my account? +

You can delete your account in-app (Profile → Settings). If you can’t access the app, email support from the account email.
